PF4 Industrial podiums

Our podiums are designed and tested according to NORISKO / DEKRA standards. Our systems are FEM 10.2.02 certified and meet the safety standards set by EUROCODES. Our system is CE marked in accordance with the European standard Uen 0305/2011. The manufacturing process is in accordance with the EN 1090-1 and 1090-2 standards of TÜV Rheinland.

Technical characteristics of PF4 podiums

Solid, cast-steel feet

100 x 100 x 3 mm, 120 x 120 x 3 mm, 120 x 120 x 5 mm locking sections to suit different load requirements.
Standard finish RAL 5015 blue, epoxy painted.
Welded base plate to distribute the load on the floor as efficiently as possible, in 200 x 200 x 10 mm or 300 x 300 x 15 mm.
Welded perforated connection elements on the top of the feet allow the secure connection of the support beams.

Beams and connectors

The main, or load-bearing, beams of the system are bolted to the connectors at the top of the legs.
The secondary cross beams provide the unique stability of the system and are attached to the load-bearing beams.
Galvanised C profiles, from 150 x 50 x 2 mm to 400 x 100 x 3 mm depending on the load capacity.
Load capacity up to 1000 kg/m2.
